What we?re looking for:

We are looking for Global Recruiters to join our internal recruitment team. This is a unique opportunity to work hands-on on full life cycle recruiting and to help our team on their journey to innovate and improve our process. As a Global Recruiter, you'll be responsible for creating an amazing experience for our candidates, and collaborating directly with our CEOs to suggest improvements and new strategies. Responsibilities?what you'll do:

• Design and implement a global recruitment strategy;
• Review of candidates' resumes and job applications;
• Conducting interviews using various reliable recruitment and selection methods to select candidates;
• Evaluate the knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes of the candidates;
• Act as a point of contact and build strong relationships with candidates during the recruitment process;
• Champion our company culture and act as a brand ambassador;
• Develop and apply recruitment strategies to get the best talent;
• Other responsibilities depending on special projects needs.

Requirements:

• Graduated from a top university in your country with a Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or similar major;
• At least one year of experience in full life cycle, high volume recruiting (bonus points if you have experience recruiting internationally);
• Fully fluent in English;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Ability to commit long-term and full-time;
• Ability to work U.S. business hours (preferably Pacific Time).
